How can I set up a cleaning and what is the process?

If you would like to set up a cleaning you can CONTACT US here or you can message us on our Facebook or Instagram pages

 

We prefer to start out with a complimentary walkthrough which gives us the opportunity to meet you and to really understand your needs when it comes to cleaning. This also gives us the opportunity to assess your home so we can offer an educated estimate for your first clean. We walk you through the home and ask a series of questions to get an idea of what you are hoping to gain from our services. We then go over in detail our recommended cleaning packages and create an estimate that works for you

 

After the consultation, we send you an estimate with a list of cleaning duties previously discussed.  We then set up a day and time that works with your schedule.

How can I pay you?

We prefer e-transfer but do accept credit cards upon request

 

Can you use my cleaning products when cleaning my home?

We have a policy to only use our personal line of cleaning products with our cleaning services. This applies to all of our staff

What can I expect with a Deep Clean?

A team of cleaners (generally ranging from 2-5 staff) will arrive at the designated time. Prior to the clean we will discuss door codes, parking, times, etc. To help us be more efficient please move any easy to move items off of the floor, declutter countertops and/or flat surfaces, remove magnets from the fridge etc. Please let us know if you have any pets and where they will be. This ensures they aren’t in the way when cleaners are moving around your home

 

What should I do before you come clean my home?

What do we NOT clean?

We do not wash dishes, wash/fold laundry, change/make beds, change cat litter, or change garbage. We do not move fridges, stoves, or couches. If you would like behind these items cleaned please move them before we arrive

 

Are you insured?

Yes, we are covered by WCB and we are bonded


How are you eco-conscious?

We pride ourselves in being eco-conscious with our cleaning products (which we sell online and use during our cleaning services), our products are made in-house and with high quality, non-toxic ingredients. We also have a re-fill program for our products where you can bring back your glass bottle and get a re-fill at a discounted rate which means less trash being tossed into landfills.
